1. Passport valid for at least 6 months after the date of entry
2. Scanned colour copy of the passport data page for upload to the portal
3. Round-trip flight reservation in the traveller's name
4. Official invitation letter from a company in Côte d'Ivoire on company letterhead with stamp and signature, or a business trip order from the Egyptian company
5. Confirmed hotel booking or residence certificate
6. International yellow fever vaccination certificate (mandatory on arrival)
7. Payment receipt for the fee of 73 euros by Visa/Mastercard bank card
8. Approved pre-registration document (approval from the Directorate of Territorial Surveillance, DST), printed for presentation at the airport
9. If applying through the embassy in Cairo: signed visa application form with a recent personal photo (less than 6 months old), proof of business person status and proof of financial capacity

1. Go to the official portal snedai.com/e-visa and complete the pre-registration form (personal details, travel details and a contact in Côte d'Ivoire)
2. Upload the three documents: passport data page, round-trip flight booking, and invitation letter or residence certificate
3. Pay the 73 euro fee online by card and keep the payment reference/receipt
4. Wait for approval by email (usually 2–4 working days), then print the approval and receipt
5. Travel only to Félix Houphouët-Boigny International Airport in Abidjan, present the originals with the passport and yellow fever certificate, then give fingerprints and collect the visa at the airport
6. Alternative: book a mandatory appointment via www.snedai-visardv.ci, then apply at the Ivorian Embassy in Cairo (Fifth Settlement) for fingerprints according to the business visa document checklist; it is advisable to confirm by phone with the embassy before applying
