How to apply from Egypt
- Register and create an account on eservices.mhaiss.gov.na and select the Holiday Visa service (not Visa on Arrival, as Egyptians are not eligible for it)
- Fill out the application online for each traveler and upload the required documents (passport, photo, and others)
- Wait for approval, then pay the fees upon approval
- Obtain the visa printed or stamped in the passport before travel (the approval letter alone is not sufficient for entry). It is recommended to contact the Embassy of Namibia in Cairo (Maadi) to confirm how the passport will be returned or the visa issued for Egyptians
- Carry the visa, return ticket, proof of residence, and proof of funds when traveling to Namibia
