3. Round-trip/departure flight ticket
4. Hotel booking or contact/host details in São Tomé
5. Invitation letter or company letter explaining the purpose of the business visit (recommended, not officially confirmed)
6. Proof of financial means (some sources mention cash of at least €100 per day, not officially confirmed)
7. Yellow fever vaccination certificate (mentioned by secondary sources; must be verified)
8. Printed approval letter with the reference number, to show at the airport

1. Go to the official Migration and Border Service (SMF) portal www.smf.st and select eVisaST under the 'Autorização de entrada' service
2. Fill in the electronic form, select the business visa type and upload the combined PDF with the documents
3. Submit the application and save the reference/transaction number, as the application cannot be modified after submission
4. Track the status under 'Autorização de entrada', then 'Consulta de visto de entrada', using the reference number
5. Once approved, an approval message is sent by email; print it and carry it to the airport
6. Travel via São Tomé International Airport, pay the stamp fee in cash and collect the visa in your passport on arrival
7. Alternative: contact the honorary consulate of São Tomé and Príncipe in Cairo (consulate in Egypt not officially confirmed) to request a visa sticker in your passport, after confirming by phone
