Sierra Leone Business Visa for Egyptians

1. Egyptian passport valid for at least 6 months after the date of entry
2. At least two blank pages in the passport
3. Recent colour photo with a white background (for the online or paper application; 35×45 mm at some embassies)
4. Completed and signed visa application form (available for download from the embassy's website in Cairo)
5. International yellow fever vaccination certificate
6. Invitation letter from a company or host organisation in Sierra Leone
7. Letter of introduction from the sending Egyptian company on official letterhead, stating the purpose and duration of the visit and confirming it will cover the expenses
8. Copy of return flight booking or itinerary
9. Payment receipt for the fees

1. First check the official government e-visa portal at https://evisa.sl and select the business visa category and number of entries
2. Complete the application online, upload the photo, passport page and supporting letters, then pay the fees by bank card
3. As an alternative, or if the portal does not accept the business or multiple-entry category: download the form from the embassy website https://eg.slembassy.gov.sl/ and submit the application at the embassy in Cairo (44A, Street 18, Sarayat El Maadi)
4. Contact the embassy by email at slecairo@gmail.com or info@slembassy-eg.org to confirm the fees, payment method and whether applications from Egyptians are accepted before you apply
5. Print the approval or carry a copy when travelling, together with the yellow fever certificate
