Documents required
- Form 14A, completed and signed by the applicant
- Recent colour photo (taken within the last 3 months) meeting ICA specifications (passport size 35 × 45 mm, white background)
- Copy of the biodata page of a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry
- Form V39A (letter of identification) from a Singapore citizen or permanent resident aged 21+, or a letter of identification from the applicant's embassy if this is not possible
- Official English translation of any document not in English
- Additional supporting documents on request (bank statement, hotel booking, return ticket, unconfirmed)
