Documents required
- Passport valid for at least 3 months after return, with 2 blank pages, plus all old passports and previous visas

- Letter from the employer (HR) stating position, salary and leave, or commercial register and tax card for business owners
- Travel medical insurance of at least €30,000 covering all Schengen countries

- Cover letter explaining the purpose of the trip
- Copy of national ID card
- For minors: translated birth certificate and parental consent
- Military service certificate translated into English, for first-time applicants
- Documents in English or Lithuanian, or officially translated
How to apply from Egypt
- Book an appointment at visa.vfsglobal.com/egy/en/ltu
- Apply in person at the VFS Lithuania centre: 52 Lebanon Street, 4th floor, Mohandessin, Giza
- Give fingerprints and pay the visa fee (€90 ≈ 5,461 EGP) and service fee (1,086 EGP)
- Apply at least 14 days and no more than 6 months before travel
- Track the application and collect the passport
