Documents required
- Passport valid for at least 3 months after return, with 2 blank pages, plus all old passports and previous visas

- Invitation letter from the host company in a Schengen country (purpose, dates, and who bears the costs), with the company's registration details
- Letter from the Egyptian employer (position, salary, purpose of the mission, approval of travel), on company letterhead and stamped
- Commercial register and tax card of the Egyptian company (translated)
- Personal bank statement stamped for the last 6 months, plus the company's bank statement if the company bears the expenses
- Travel medical insurance of at least €30,000
- Preliminary flight and hotel booking
- Proof of the business relationship (contracts, invoices, correspondence) or exhibition/conference registration, if applicable
- Copy of national ID card
- Military service certificate translated into English, for first-time applicants
- Invitation letter stamped, signed and certified by the competent local authorities, stating who bears the costs and guaranteeing return

- Apply in person at the VFS Lithuania centre: 52 Lebanon Street, 4th floor, Mohandessin, Giza
- Give fingerprints and pay the visa fee (€90 ≈ 5,461 EGP) and service fee (1,086 EGP)
