Documents required

  1. Passport valid for at least 3 months after the return date, with two blank pages, together with old passports and previous visas
  2. Application form in English or Spanish, signed and dated at the BLS centre
  3. Recent colour photo, 3.5×4.5 cm, white background (taken within the last 6 months)
  4. Invitation letter from the host company in the Schengen country (purpose, dates, and who bears the costs), with the company's registration details
  5. Original HR letter (job title, salary, date of hiring) with approval for leave
  6. Commercial register and tax card of the Egyptian company (translated)
  7. Original bank statement for the last 6 months, stamped and signed by the bank, with translation (+ bank declaration/authorisation forms if needed) + company bank statement if the company bears the expenses
  8. Travel medical insurance covering at least 30,000 euros, including repatriation
  9. Return flight booking (without paying in full before the visa is issued) and proof of accommodation for the entire stay
  10. Documents proving the business relationship (contracts, invoices, correspondence) or exhibition/conference registration, if applicable
  11. Translated copy of the national ID card
  12. Old passports from the last 7 years, or a movement certificate if there is no previous Schengen visa
  13. Travel itinerary if the trip includes more than one Schengen country
  14. Translation of Arabic documents into Spanish or English, and submission of the originals
